Sunday Evening MBSR in Natick
Sept 25 - Nov 20, 6:30-9:00pm
FREE Orientation Sept 11 or 18, 6:30-8:30pm

Wednesday Evening MBSR in Woburn
Sept 28 - Nov 16, 6:30-9:00pm
FREE Orientation Sept 21 or 22, 6:30-8:30pm


This program has been approved for 28 Continuing Education contact
hours in Category 1 for LMHCs by MaMHCA/MMCEP (16-0842).  
CEU application pending for social workers.
