Welcome to Sunrise Mindfulness

Is stress affecting your life? Would you like to learn easily accessible methods of increasing well-being and decreasing stress?

Sunrise Mindfulness is pleased to present the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR), originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979.

This highly effective and supportive program is backed by numerous research studies and is well-respected within the medical community as a complement to traditional treatment approaches.

Tens of thousands of people all over the world have participated in the MBSR program in order to learn how to cope more effectively with a variety of challenges, including:

    •  General life stress
    •  Cardiovascular disease/high blood pressure
    •  Chronic illness or pain
    •  Cancer
    •  Depression & Anxiety
    •  Gastrointestinal distress
    •  Sleep disturbances, among other conditions
