Would you like to learn easily accessible methods of increasing well-being and decreasing stress? Sunrise Mindfulness is pleased to present the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Just a quick note to let you know that all spring orientation sessions and MBSR programs will be conducted online. In order to participate, you will need a computer or mobile device with a webcam, speakers and a microphone and, ideally, a setting in which you will not be disturbed. I hope you will be able to join us.
