Private MBSR Program

$1,350 (includes home materials and practice recordings)
This 9 session private version of the MBSR program uses the same curriculum and home practice materials (including four practice recordings) as the group program. The program includes eight 90-minute weekly sessions and one three-hour extended practice session (15 hours total), with flexible scheduling options.

For individuals who live outside the area, the program can be taken online via video conferencing. Please contact us for details.

Mindfulness Practice Session

Guided mindfulness practice sessions are offered periodically throughout the year for people who are interested in experiencing some of the mindfulness practices used during the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, as well as for graduates of the program who would like to practice with others. Each session is two hours long and typically includes guided instruction in sitting meditation, mindful gentle yoga stretching, and a guided body scan meditation. No experience is necessary to participate.

*Please note that tuition for mindfulness practice sessions are nonrefundable.

Individual Mindfulness Coaching

$150 per hour
Private mindfulness coaching is available for individuals who have graduated from the MBSR program and would like additional assistance in incorporating the practice of mindfulness into their daily lives. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Mindfulness Programs for Businesses & Organizations

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and/or mindfulness meditation classes can be offered to your organization as part of a staff development initiative. Please contact us for further information.
