Private MBSR Program



(includes home materials and practice recordings)


This 9-session private version of the MBSR program uses the same curriculum and home practice materials (including four practice recordings) as the group program. The program includes eight 90-minute weekly sessions and one three-hour extended practice session (15 hours total), with flexible scheduling options.


For individuals who live outside the area, the program can be taken online via video conferencing.
