Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Just a quick note to let you know that all spring orientation sessions and MBSR programs will be conducted online. In order to participate, you will need a computer or mobile device with a webcam, speakers and a microphone and, ideally, a setting in which you will not be disturbed. I hope you will be able to join us.
